OFFICIAL CONVENTION CALL
TO: THE DELEGATES AND ALTERNATES OF SENATE DISTRICT 11
Pursuant to Article V, Section 3, of the Republican Party of Minnesota Constitution, regarding the
setting of endorsing conventions, the Senate District 11 Republican Party Endorsing Convention is
hereby called to meet at:
ALEXANDRIA SENIOR CENTER
414 HAWTHORNE STREET
ALEXANDRIA, MN
On
Saturday, April 24 at 1:00 p.m.
The Senate District 11 Republican Party Endorsing Convention shall be composed of the Delegates and
Alternates elected at the Republican Precinct Caucuses in 2010 designated as lying within the boundaries
of Senate District 11.
The Convention shall be held for the purpose of:
1. Endorsement of a Republican legislative candidate for House District 11 A.
2. Endorsement of a Republican legislative candidate for Senate District 11
3. Transaction of such other business as may properly come before the Convention. (The House
District 11 B candidate was endorsed at a previous convention)

REGISTRATION OPENS AT 12:30 P.M.
A $3.00 registration fee will be collected to help defray expenses of the Convention
Prepared and paid for by the Republican Party of Minnesota. Not authorized by any candidate or
candidate's committee.
